HONOREES
Honorees for 2026
Ellen and Geoff Wright
The 2026 Annual Golf Outing is dedicated to Geoff & Ellen Wright. Geoff is the voice that has opened fundraising events since 2017. Together, the Wrights are the cornerstone of Drew’s Home fundraising. As innovators, they imagined fundraising events and designed event registration that enabled online registration and speedy check-in the day of the event. Their work built community awareness and sponsorship. Their commitment to our mission has enhanced the lives of disabled adults.
As a member of St Dan’s Knights of Columbus, he promoted our mission inviting other Knights to volunteer in support of Drew’s Home. Geoff’s organizational and MC-skills provided entertainment as he auctioned items donated by local businesses. He also took charge of sponsor signs ensuring that every sponsor would encounter their business name, their family name, or their memorial of loved ones. He placed over 200 signs on the golf course and built a pulley system to store them in his garage.
The dedication and investment of Geoff’s and Ellen’s time established the basis for all of our future fundraising events.
